MEANING | BIAS

Given the same information, two people can form opposing opinions of a product or service. This happens because we interpret the meaning and importance of information in our minds. Our emotions bias the way we interpret facts and figures, causing some to be more salient than others. Which means the who, at least in part, defines the what.
